65 Years Later...

These beautiful people are two of the most inspirational people in my life, my Mimi and Papa. This Friday will mark 65 incredible years of marriage for them.............SIXTY FIVE! I pray that one day I might be blessed with the same fortune.
This shoot will definitely go down as the most special and memorable. Whenever I look at these photos, I'll remember my Papa looking into the eyes of his wife, singing portuguese tunes, making her blush and giggle. I will remember their laughter and charisma; Papa's wittiness, and Mimi's sarcasm. I'll remember trying to get my grandpa to stop talking and to smile! I can't wait to see what memories their 75th Anniversary shoot will bring! ;)
I am so blessed to have such amazing people to look up to, and so grateful for every moment I am able to share with them! I will forever treasure these special photos and unforgetable memories.

Perry Family

So I recently bought a new lens, and I was SO excited to put it to use that I shot with it the same day I made my purchase! I was nervous to use an unfamiliar lens on a shoot without practice, but I was so amazed and pleased with the results. I got home and realized I may had gotten a little too excited and over-shot just a tad......over 1,200 photos to upload for a little family shoot..think I got a little carried away? LOL...Can you blame me? A new lens AND this gorgeous pair of blue eyes to work with? I had such a fun day of shooting with this awesome couple! I'm so thankful to have captured some of the most memorable moments in a friends life, from her wedding, to her newborn baby, and family portraits now that baby T has turned ONE! .....Wow, time sure does fly by.
